Return and Refund Policy

  1. General Provisions
    This Return and Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on the Visovi Interior Decor online store. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms stated below.

  2. Custom / Made-to-Order Products
    2.1. Custom products include items produced according to individual specifications such as size, color, texture, coating, and other customized parameters.
    2.2. Custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during shipping.
    2.3. Order cancellation for custom items is only possible before production begins. In such cases, a fee may be deducted to cover material costs and administrative expenses.

  3. Ready-to-Ship Products
    3.1. Products that are in stock and not customized may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
    3.2. Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • the product has not been used;

  • no signs of installation, modification, or damage;

  • original packaging and condition are preserved.
    3.3. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to seller error or product defect.
    3.4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a verified defect or damage caused by the seller or carrier.

  1. Damaged Shipments
    4.1. The customer must inspect the product upon delivery.
    4.2. In case of damage, the customer must contact us within 48 hours after receiving the order and provide:

  • photos and/or video of the packaging and product;

  • description of the damage;

  • order number.
    4.3. After review, the following solutions may be offered:

  • repair of the product (where applicable);

  • replacement or remake of the product;

  • partial or full refund.

  1. Refund Processing
    5.1. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
    5.2. Depending on the bank or payment provider, funds may take 3 to 14 business days to process.

  2. Non-Refundable Items
    The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • custom-made and personalized items (size, color, texture, coating, etc.);

  • items showing signs of use, installation, damage, or modifications not caused by the seller or carrier;

  • gift cards (if applicable).
