General Provisions
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed in the Visovi Interior Decor online store. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.

  1. Order Processing Time
    2.1. Orders for items in stock are processed within 1–5 business days.
    2.2. For made-to-order items, production time is determined individually and provided at checkout. Production time does not include shipping time.

  2. Shipping Timeframes
    3.1. Delivery time depends on the carrier, destination country, and selected shipping method.
    3.2. Delivery time is calculated from the moment the order is handed over to the carrier.
    3.3. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond the seller’s control.

  3. Shipping Cost
    4.1. International shipping is provided free of charge, unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.
    4.2. Additional charges may apply in cases such as oversized items, remote locations, special packaging requirements, or non-standard delivery conditions. The customer will be notified before confirming the order.
    4.3. Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees applied by the destination country are paid by the customer, unless otherwise stated.

  4. International Shipments
    5.1. Customs duties and taxes are regulated by the laws of the destination country and cannot be estimated or controlled by the seller.
    5.2. If the customer refuses to pay import duties or taxes, the shipment may be returned to the sender. Re-shipment costs must be covered by the customer.

  5. Packaging and Handling
    6.1. Products are packaged with consideration of their fragility and dimensions.
    6.2. The customer must inspect the package upon delivery. In case of visible damage, it is recommended to document the issue at the time of receipt and file a claim with the carrier.

  6. Order Tracking
    7.1. A tracking number is provided once the order has been shipped.
    7.2. Delivery status can be tracked through the carrier’s website or tracking service.

  7. Returned Shipments / Undelivered Orders
    8.1. If the order is returned to the sender due to reasons not related to the seller (incorrect address, failure to collect the parcel, refusal to pay customs fees, etc.), re-shipment costs must be covered by the customer.
    8.2. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to the seller’s error.
