From Vision to Realization
Every VISOVI project begins with an idea and develops through a carefully considered design process — from the initial brief and creative direction to production and final installation.
Whether we are creating a window display, an architectural surface, a sculptural wall panel, a statement installation or a bespoke event element, each project is developed around its specific space, purpose and visual identity.
01 — Project Brief
We begin by understanding your project.
We review the space, dimensions, architectural context, objectives, visual identity, timeline and practical requirements. For commercial and hospitality projects, we also consider the brand environment and the experience you want to create for your audience.
For private and event projects, we focus on the atmosphere, concept, setting and key visual moments.
02 — Creative Direction
We develop the visual direction of the project.
This may include references, mood, forms, proportions, materials, textures, color, finishes and lighting. We explore how the proposed elements will interact with the surrounding architecture and create the desired visual impact.
The result is a clear creative concept that defines the direction of the project.
03 — Design Development
Once the creative direction is approved, we develop the design in greater detail.
Dimensions, construction methods, materials, finishes, colors and technical requirements are defined according to the project.
For larger installations, we can develop custom compositions, modular elements and site-specific solutions to achieve the intended scale and visual effect.
04 — Proposal & Approval
The final design, specifications and project scope are presented for approval.
Depending on the project, this may include detailed drawings, dimensions, material specifications, finish options, production details and installation requirements.
Once the scope is approved, the project moves into production.
05 — Craft & Production
The approved design is brought to life through carefully controlled production and craftsmanship.
We work with selected materials and finishes to achieve the required texture, color, depth, proportion and overall character of the design.
Signature VISOVI pieces may be produced as part of our established collections, while bespoke elements are developed specifically for the individual project.
06 — Finishing & Quality Control
Before delivery, each piece is carefully inspected and finished according to the approved specifications.
We pay particular attention to surface quality, color consistency, detailing, proportions and the overall visual result.
For complex projects, elements are coordinated to ensure that the final installation works as a cohesive environment.
07 — Delivery & Installation
The completed elements are prepared for delivery and, where required, installation.
We coordinate the final stage according to the requirements of the project, ensuring that the finished work is positioned and presented as intended within the space.
08 — The Finished Environment
The final result is more than an individual object or decorative element.
It is a considered visual environment in which form, material, texture, color, scale and architecture work together.
